VR-41-X - Vibrating rod level sensor with pipe extension, 20 to 250V AC/DC, process temp to 176°F (80°C), triple thread screw-off cover, dual conduit entries, DPDT relay contacts, selectable fail-safe protection, FDA recognized powder coat finish, LED status indicator light. CSA C/US listed for Class ll, Groups E, F, & G. Must add pipe extension.

Vibrating Probes with Rigid and Flexible Extensions

Top mounted for high point level detection to prevent overfilling.

Extended vibrating rods are ideal when you want to leave a certain amount of headspace in the silo. Wire them to an alert—such as a light, horn, or alarm panel—or a PLC to shut a process off or turn it back on.

The VRX41 and VRX51 both feature a unique sword-shaped vibrating probe that resists buildup and prevents false alarms. No calibration required. Wear and maintenance free!

Prolonged perks of extended vibrating probes:

  • Ideal for high- or low-level monitoring and plugged chute detection
  • For use in material densities of 1.25 lb./ft.³ or greater
  • Detect extremely light, fluffy materials with low-dielectric constants
  • Two sensitivity settings
