In wide-diameter bulk storage containers—such as grain storage bins or bulk cement storage silos—the BinMaster MVL 3D multiple-scanner system is the answer for precise inventory management.
The MVL system integrates multiple-point measurement data from two or more 3DLevelScanners—aka 3D Solids Scanners—for surface topography measurement.
More data means an MVL system can estimate inventory volume with greater accuracy than a single-point level measurement device.
Using advanced processing and software, the MVL displays a 3D visual representation of the material surface showing high and low points in the bin, including cone-up, cone-down, sidewall buildup, or bridging conditions.
