The BinTrac® A-Frame Load Cell provides accurate, reliable weighing for feed bins, bulk storage bins, and industrial tanks. Designed with a patented A-frame mounting bracket, the system installs easily on new or existing bins without requiring the bin to be emptied. The bracket does the lifting, which eliminates the need for cranes, jacks, shimming, or field calibration.

Built for agricultural and industrial applications, the A-Frame Load Cell delivers dependable inventory measurement for poultry, swine, dairy, breweries, plastics, grain, and bulk material storage. Real-time weight monitoring helps reduce outages, improve material management, optimize deliveries, and provide greater visibility into inventory usage and consumption trends.

The patented bracket design positions the load cell above the concrete pad to help protect it from moisture, corrosion, snow, ice, and debris. Integrated lightning surge protection and a one-year lightning warranty help ensure long-term reliability in demanding environments. Temperature-compensated load cells provide consistent accuracy across changing environmental conditions.

BinTrac A-Frame systems can be integrated with BinTrac indicators, communications modules, and remote monitoring software to provide local or cloud-based inventory visibility. The system stores and displays current inventory, usage history, and delivery weights to help operations improve purchasing decisions and inventory control.

About the Assemblies

The load cell and mounting bracket assembly includes (1) load cell with load cell cable attached, (1) mounting bracket, (1) "C" channel, and anchor bolts.

The standard BinTrac warranty provides coverage for lightning damage to load cells for 12 months from the delivery date. The "extended warranty" provides for an additional 24 months of coverage (36 months total) for lightning damage to load cells only. The warranty for any other component is not extended.

Recommend to not exceed 85% of maximum rated load capacity of load cells for all applications due to uneven pads and loading.
