BM-T Tilt Switch

Simple Mechanical Operation

The rugged BM-T tilt switch detects high levels of heavy materials in storage vessels and alerts to plugs or clogs in chutes during process operations.

When suspended over a target point, such as a pile or conveyor belt, it functions as a load sensor. When the device tilts at least 15 degrees, it activates a switch wired to an alert such as a light, horn, or alarm panel.

Use it when your bulk density is at least 15 lb/ft.³ in materials such as grain, sand, gravel, concrete, aggregates, or coal.
