BinMaster's rugged BM-T tilt switch detects levels of heavy materials. Install in storage vessels for high-level detection, or over process chutes to alert to plugs or clogs.
When suspended over a target point—such as a pile or conveyor belt—it functions as a load sensor. When the device tilts at least 15 degrees, it activates a switch wired to a light, horn, or alarm panel to trigger a level alert.
Use the BM-T point level sensor when a material's bulk density is at least 15 lb./ft.³: including grain, sand, gravel, concrete, aggregates, or coal.
Applications include using the BM-T as a hanging tilt switch for aggregate piles, mining conveyor overflow detection switch, or as a grain bin high level sensor.
