Mounting Capacitance Probes
Top, Side, or Cone Mounting
BinMaster capacitance probes are mounted on the top, side, or in the cone of a vessel. Half coupler mounting plates are used for side mounting, while a full coupling mounting plate is used for top mounting.
Mounting plates are available in white powder coated carbon steel in 0°, 10°, 20°. and 30° angles to accommodate sloped roofs. Stainless-steel 0° mounting plates are available in half or full coupling models for sanitary or food applications.
Raised-face, blind mounting flanges of carbon or stainless steel are offered in 1”, 2”, 3” or 4“ diameter with a 0.75” NPT pipe thread. A 4’ carbon steel 1.25” NPT mounting flange is also available.
