BinMaster capacitance probes are mounted on the top, side, or cone of a vessel for point level alerts.
Half-coupler level sensor mounting plates are used for side mounting a PROCAP, while a full-coupling mounting plate is used for top mounting.
Mounting plates are available in powder-coated carbon steel in 0°, 10°, 20°, and 30° angles to accommodate sloped roofs. 0° stainless-steel mounting plates are available in half- or full-coupling models for sanitary applications.
Raised-face, blind mounting flanges of carbon or stainless steel are offered in 1”, 2”, 3” or 4” diameter with a 0.75” NPT pipe thread. A 4” carbon steel mounting flange with 1.25” NPT threads is also available.
