BinMaster offers a wide selection of rotary level switch mounting plates. Mount your rotary on top of a bin for high point level detection. Rotaries can be installed on the side or cone of a bin to detect high, medium, or low bulk solid levels.
Side or horizontal mounting requires a half coupling bin mounting plate, available in carbon steel or stainless steel. Side mounting requires use of a solid shaft coupler.
Top-mounting plates—in angles of 0°, 10°, 20°, and 30° to adapt to sloped roofs—feature a full coupling. Use a flexible shaft coupler when top mounting to absorb impact as a bin is loaded.
