Point Level Sensors
Point level sensors provide alerts when material reaches a certain level, helping operations prevent bin overfills and downtime due to dry runs.
BinMaster offers rotary paddle indicators, capacitance probes, vibrating rods, diaphragm pressure switches, and mechanical tilt switches for reliable level alerts and plugged chute detection. These sensors eliminate the need for workers to take manual inventory measurements or manage tedious spreadsheets, maximizing efficiency and workplace safety.
Level sensors can be wired to a horn, light, alarm panel, or house controls for audiovisual alerts. Some bin indicators also support process control, enabling sensors to automate the start or stop of augers when material reaches a certain point.
