Binventory®: One Login. One Password. One Inventory Report.

A recent study by Nordpass showed typical computer users have 100 passwords to track. Another study by Inlet revealed that three out of four American internet users (76%) admitted some sort of “password fatigue.”

Inventory managers must agree. They must constantly open multiple programs, visit various software platforms, and access PLCs and HMI to gather bulk inventory data.

BinMaster Identifies and Tackles Pain Points

BinMaster can move all your data into one platform showing all your level sensors. Think of it: one report that shows all your vessels—even in multiple locations—on one program.

The report, called Binventory®, can pull data from any sensor or system, including sensors using HART or Modbus outputs. Binventory organizes data from many types of sensors, including non-contact radar and guided wave radar level measurements.

Binventory monitors the level of solids or liquids in bins, tanks, or silos from one platform. The software is a highly affordable, one-time purchase for inventory tracking at any size operation.

The software allows for bulk densities and strapping tables to be entered for solids; plus, entering specific gravity for liquid tanks ensures spot-on volumes. Complex vessels of different shapes and sizes—such as horizontal tanks, split silos, and non-linear tanks—can easily be configured.

Program automated alerts, access real-time inventory levels, and generate historical reports from up to 255 vessels on your PC or tablet. Share Binventory access with vendors using Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) or send a report to authorized users in production, purchasing, and finance.

Convenient, Company-Wide Data Access

Binventory is simple to use and requires no special training or support. It eliminates emailing reports and reduces interruptions to the workday.

Binventory can be used at one location or across an entire company using its multi-site feature. It requires access to a company LAN, WAN, or VPN.

Current readings from a vessel are generated by simply clicking on the “Get Reading” button. This advanced software saves time and eliminates the need to climb and measure each silo, making it safer while also optimizing inventory levels and storage capacity.
