The BM-25 alerts operators to high or low inventory levels or when chutes or conveyors are clogged. The sensor is a simple and convenient way to prevent bin overfills and minimize material waste. BinMaster eliminates the need to stop and ask, “Is my bin full yet?”
The sensor's simple mechanism activates a sensitive micro-switch to indicate when the material reaches the level of the switch in the bin. Typically, it is wired to a light, horn, or alarm panel.
Designed for durability, the switch has a silicone diaphragm and a nylon enclosure. Models are offered for either internal or external mounting.
