BinMaster offers several mounting options for its compact non-contact radar sensors. Stainless-steel wall mount brackets—with either a 1.0” or 1.5” opening—extend either 3.25” or 8.0” into the vessel. For sanitary process systems, try the ceiling-mounted stainless-steel bracket with a 1.5” opening.
Want to aim the radar beam? The 1.5” swivel mount, made of impact-resistant plastic, swivels up to 40° in one direction.
Aside from the CNCR-190, all compact radar level sensors can be used with a powder-coated, carbon steel 1.5” NPT mounting plate in 0°, 5°, 10°, or 30° angles. The CNCR-190 uses a 1.0" flat mounting plate.
